Red velvet swiss roll with cream cheese, strawberries and chocolate with nuts.
I love food and I do believe there are times we must just eat and share banter with family and friends over delicious food to celebrate and sometimes for sheer pleasure of living. My exception is the growing trend of convenience eating, generally speaking my activism is that if we cannot program ourselves with positive reinforcements about what we should eat and when, someone else will. On a lazy day, I like to indulge in simple to prepare cakes and why not try this complimentary recipe of decadent light treat of Red Velvet Swiss roll with cream cheese, Strawberries and chocolate with nuts. Swiss roll does not have butter, oil  or milk and uses low fat cream cheese, I like it for its light indulgence.  
Instructions
  1. Cream eggs and castor sugar for 5 minutes in electric mixer on high speed.
  2. Scrape and add vanilla pods, add flour and fold and add water.
  3. Spread the dough on a pan with baking sheet and bake at 190 degrees for 10 minutes.
  4. On the other side, prepare a baking sheet and sprinkle icing sugar.
  5. Remove cake from oven and turn over onto sprinkled baking sheet.
  6. Remove baking sheet and roll sponge while still warm and leave to cool.
  7. Unroll sponge into flat position.
