Mussels, Chili & Garlic
  1. Pan fry garlic in olive oil.
  2. Add mussels and white wine.
  3. Make side sauce with cocktail tomatoes, add remaining 1/4 cup white wine.
  4. Add 1 T butter, Olive oil and lemon.
  5. Set aside.
Fresh Pasta
  1. Mix all ingredients to a firm dough.
  2. Cover in plastic and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  3. Roll and cut with pasta maker.
  4. Boil 1 litre of water and cook pasta for 3 minutes.
  5. Set aside 1/4 cup of pasta water.
  6. Drain water with colander and add bitten egg yolk.
  7. Serve with mussel sauce, garnish with parsley and grated Parmesan.
